On Friday we boarded our cruise ship, the Diamond Princess
in Sydney harbour and set sell at dusk.
It was a very warm evening and we were on deck as the big ship slowly
maneuvered out of the harbour area. The
sights were magical, with the Sydney skyline and Opera House lighting up as the
sun went down. It made for a special
evening.
Our ship was docked in the Circular Quay harbour.
Backing out of our dock with the famous Harbour Bridge behind us.
The lights of the city were turned on as the sun set.
Make the turn towards the sea was a tricky maneuver. Look out for that bridge!
